I have been a Realtor® in the Denver Metro Area going on 10 years, and have enjoyed specializing in the Denver area, including Denver Central/Downtown, Aurora, Centennial, Englewood, Littleton, and Parker.  I currently hold several designations including the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Short Sales & Foreclosures (SFR), Foreclosure and REO's (REOS) and I just finished my classes on the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) certification!  What this represents to you is the advanced training I have accomplished, so I may take the best care of YOU during your buying or selling experience.  I especially enjoy working with first time home buyers and find it very rewarding.  Seeing the look on my clients/friends face, after they close on their first home is truly priceless.  Each client I work with, regardless if it's your first purchase or your 10th purchase, it is my desire to make your home search the easiest and most pleasant experience you have ever had.  Integrity, Honesty and GREAT Customer Service are my promises to you.

A little about me!  I have lived in the Denver Metro Area for over 14 years. My sassy boxer, Nika loves to take ME for long walks/hikes in the beautiful Colorado sunshine.  I also have my horse Rabi Spring, which was an answer to one of my many passions!  I have recently embarked on a new passion of riding motorcycles, and purchased my first cruiser, can't wait to enjoy the rides this summer!  I also love my sports, specifically football!!  Growing up in Gainesville, FL, I do bleed orange and blue and I'm a huge fan of the Multi-National Champions, THE Florida Gators, and I can't leave out our local Colorado Buffalos - GO BUFFS!!.  In the professional arena, still bleeding orange and blue, I'm a big fan of the Denver Broncos (especially now that Tim Tebow has been drafted), Green Bay Packers and now the Vikings... love Brett Favre (hope he comes back for the 2010 season)!  We had a great season with the Rockies a few years back... Wildcard Winners, and they went to The World Series for the first time, how exciting!  It will be exciting to see how 2010 fairs in sports!  If I get a spare moment, you can usually find me somewhere enjoying the outdoors and sunshine with my friends!
